When you license PetSat you can install the program on two computers. The idea is that one computer is mobile while the other is
a primary office computer. Any way you want to work it, PetSat provides simple utilities to allow you to easily sync data between two computers. And no extra fees are required.
License Subscription Policy
PetSat is licensed on an annual subscription basis, a common licensing model in the software industry. When you purchase PetSat, you are purchasing a one year license subscription that entitles you to customer support and all updates and program upgrades throughout your one year period. If you choose to continue using PetSat at the end of your subscription period you will need to purchase a one year UPGRADE license or the program will cease to function. The PetSat application will notify you when you are within two weeks of license expiration. The amount of time remaining for your current subscription can be found at any time under the PetSat "Help" menu.
Product Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with PetSat for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of date of purchase and we will gladly issue a refund. Refunds will be subject to any applicable service fees associated with the original transaction.
